My most recent role was at The Vape Shop, where I worked part-time while pursuing my full-time studies in Hairdressing at the Eastern Institute of Education. This position further developed my customer service skills, requiring me to provide personalized recommendations to customers seeking smoking cessation alternatives. I also managed cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This experience demonstrated my ability to balance work and study commitments while excelling in a customer-facing role.
During my two years of Hairdressing study, I gained comprehensive skills encompassing retail operations, customer service, and time management, culminating in my qualification as a hairdresser.
